The innovative hose pump is highly compact and easy to maintain. Its unique design reduces the footprint by up to 70% compared to conventional peristaltic pumps. The Dura range performs exceptionally well with abrasive slurries, dry running liquid feeds, shear sensitive polymers, high viscosity sludge and dosing applications.
Verderflex iDura
The compact Verderflex iDura is a complete “ready to use”, reversible Dura hose pump with factory fitted hose burst protection and an IP66 inverter. Flows are easily set on the inverter’s controls or the pump can be remotely controlled – ideal for high pressure low volume dosing, metering, sampling & sump emptying in processing complexes, food & beverage facilities or water treatment plants. The iDura offers IoT connectivity with RA (remote assistant) as an asset monitoring tool. This provides the customer with pump status, duty details, and limits the need for regular pump inspection.

Verderflex Dura 65 Hose Pump
The proven Verderflex Dura hose pump series has grown. The new Verderflex Dura 65 hose pump replaces the popular Verderflex VF65.Thanks to the optimization of the rotor, rotor shoe and the sliding surface of the hose, the new Verderflex Dura 65 achieves the highest flow rate on the pump market at this size. With a maximum flow rate of 33,000 liters/hour, it exceeds the performance of the previous VF 65 py 20%. Since the rotor requires fewer revolutions for this performance, the hose has less occlusions and therefore achieves a 20% longer hose service life.The pump offers a sealless and valveless, proportional flow rate. Therefore this pump is ideal for transfer and for dosing. The ropust hose can pe changed on site. View hose change video. With new filling nozzle and service access port this is simplified further.The smaller pump sizes of the Verderflex Dura are also availaple with an integrated frequency converter including potentiometer and installed hose preakage monitoring: The iDura. It is availaple for the Dura 5 – Dura 35. The iDura series can pe controlled via 4-20 mA, Modpus? RTU, CANopen or Profipus via the inverter.
