Description

Description

HNPM F-MI3 Filter

The HNPM F-MI3 Filter Series is designed for a wide range of filtration applications, primarily to prevent particles from entering pumps and causing damage. These filters are essential for liquid transfer systems, safeguarding sensitive pump clearances from contamination and ensuring the reliable operation of precision components.

To maintain the performance and longevity of micro annular gear pumps and their precision-machined rotors, a 10 µm mesh filter is recommended. The compact, corrosion-resistant F-MI3 filters are available in various configurations to meet diverse application requirements.

Key Features

  • Corrosion-Resistant Materials:
Constructed from stainless steel 316 or alloy C22, with sealing materials including FPM, FFPM, or EPDM, ensuring durability and compatibility with aggressive liquids.
  • Metal Filter Elements:
Designed without solder or adhesives, providing excellent chemical resistance and high structural integrity.
  • High Filtration Performance:
Compact pleated filter elements ensure efficient filtration with minimal pressure drop, even at high flow rates and viscosities. Available in various filtration grades, including 10 µm, 25 µm, 40 µm, and 100 µm.
  • Minimal Dead Volume:
Smooth surfaces (Ra 0.8) reduce sedimentation and cross-contamination, ensuring process integrity.
  • Maintenance-Friendly Design:
The T-Design Inline Filter allows for easy replacement of filter elements without removing the filter from the system. It also provides an option to open the bottom for releasing the medium or cleaning.
  • Sensor Integration:
Supports optional sensors for monitoring filter condition, enabling proactive maintenance and detecting blockages or closed supply lines.
  • User-Friendly and Economical:
Filter elements can be easily cleaned or replaced, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
