Description
VA-EP50 Diaphragm Pump
The VA-EP50 Diaphragm Pump is an electrically driven double diaphragm pump that utilizes innovative technology for enhanced performance. Its horizontal fluid flow path minimizes friction losses, leading to improved energy efficiency, reduced maintenance, and extended operational life. The pump housing is precision-machined from solid PTFE or UHMW PE, with other wetted parts constructed from PEEK, SS 316L, Hastelloy C, or Duplex SS, ensuring exceptional chemical resistance and durability.
Key Features
- Maximum flow rate: 50 L/min
- Maximum discharge pressure: 5 bar
- Maximum suction lift (wet): 9 m wc
- Maximum suction lift (dry): 2.2 m wc
- Maximum particle size: 2 mm
- Maximum temperature: 95°C (PTFE), 70°C (PE)
- Certified for ATEX environments
Materials of Construction
- Liquid-wetted parts: UHMW PE, PTFE, PEEK, SS 316L
- Materials flappers: PEEK
- Valve balls: EPDM, PTFE, Stainless Steel
- Diaphragms: Overmolded PTFE
