In recent years, the European Union has issued directives such as Euro 4 & 5 which require significant reductions in Nitrous Oxide (NOx) emission from diesel engines.
To assure compliance with these new standards, several diesel engine manufacturers have implemented Selective Catalytic Reduction Systems (SCR) which injects AdBlue (AUS 32) to the vehicles emissions.
Standard Pump has 6 Pump Packages all engineered to transfer AdBlue (AUS32) directly from barrels and Tote™ tanks. There are three Electric Pump Packages available with different nozzles and three pneumatic pump packages with different nozzles. There are also a range of accessories available from Standard Pump including flow meters, electric motors, pneumatic motors, automatic shut off nozzles, manual nozzles and hoses.
Each Pump Package meets stringent European safety standards to insure the consumer receives a safe and quality product.
Extensive testing has concluded that AdBlue reacts negatively to non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Zinc, and related alloys therefore each Standard Pump is constructed with ISO compatible materials.
